We have used Intel Xeon E3-1230 V2 dedicated server from this company, they have very good support. We have hosted our apps on this server, 100% server uptime and server is really fast. I Love it :)

They have horrible support. I have needed them two times since I became a client and both times were horrible. The support is rude and if you make the mistake of leaving a message on their "24-7 support" phone line, you will not hear back from them at all. While the message on their VM promises they would take care of your issue right away and pretends you reached a support hotline, the rude support agent will tell you that they only respond to support tickets. My guess is that none of the positive reviewers has ever contacted them. I will switch as soon as the year I already prepaid comes to an end.They are on the expensive end of shared hosting. I expected premium support. I can't say anything negative about the offer as long as it's running. But what good is the nicest car when nobody is there to fix it when it's not running.
