Great Customer Service and support provided by Aniket Patil from the support team.He was constantly giving updates on the status of issue and great team work and co-ordination displayed by him.

Very Pathetic Services. Every 4 month Hosting will down for atleast 7 Days. They fool us. initial give us good bandwidth, after some time they reduce it.Very fraud company. check their google 1 start review.Other 5 star reviews are paid.

Pathetic service. Nothing works. No knowledge. All support staff are trying their luck to fix issues.No issue escalation process and not recommended.

Reviews rarely don't include the, "middle ground", companies.  Usually, you have to be impressed by good or bad, unless, that is, you just like writing.  Well, I am pretty impressed with this company.  They are possibly the worst traders, worst support I think I have ever encountered.  The story is long, so in a nutshell,  Their platform is unfit for purpose in Europ, UK and USA.  They might promise all kinds of things, but read their terms of service because you need to know what little they really offer.  You will also see that if they wreck your stuff, they carry no responsibility, contrary to what their logo says and if you need to express your rights, well, there is nothing, but if you think there is a reasonable argument then it will have to be argued in one court in the whole world, it's the one in their town, making their product unfit for purpose, possibly except in their townIf you are in business, you will probably be exited by their boast of international offices and data centres.  After offering to visit and even serve legal papers at their london office,  I discovered that it doesn't exist.  I was about to make a trip to Romania so I offered to visit their office in Bucharest personally.    Yes, you're right.  It doesn't exist.   I asked a few difficult questions and discovered that none of them exist. Only India has an office.  I have recently, six months too late, received a refund.  They might now boast of their customer service but they fought all the way. They were only concerned for themselves, not me, not my business, not my data. Their strap line is ridiculous,  "Your hosting, Our responsibility", looks like the winning line in a competition called, "How far can you get from the truth".   Even before they paid up having promised dates and missed them, they said it was my fault because they wanted my bank details.  Now just so you don't have to suffer the whole thing.  The details were held by them on my account.   They terminated my account.  Now believe me on this,  I wanted my money.  when I tried to contact them, they referred me to their login to my customer area,  which they had terminated.  I sent the information by text, to a phone number which I had been given and to which I had spoken 2 minutes earlier.  I emailed their permanent billing department and responded to a live ticket and not just once.  I eventually chatted  to a member of staff whose support, yes I suppose the word support works in that he held everything up, ... insisted that I had not sent information.  I typed my paypal address there and he had to accept that he had it.  Nothing happened so I asked again.   Now... get this.  He said he couldn't send it because I had spelled the name wrong.   How did he know? you may ask.  Well he said that I had mis=spelt ,  "gmail". Now this guy works for an IT company but couldn't work it out and didn't bother to call.   I asked for the transcript, admittedly because I can no longer believe a word they say, again they did not send the original,  just a copy and a picture which they said was, "unalterable".   For the record, I was senior consultant analyst to a large manufacturing company.  So using what small skillset I had gleaned from my job, I altered the picture and sent it back asking him to confirm that this was his original.  He didn't, neither will he send the original.  This sort of thing make ordinary mortals like you and I, quite suspicious. but he will not send it to this day.  He now says that he has sent it 100 times.  I'm prepared to call that exaggeration rather than lies since he is only out by 100.  Latest a big rant because I still want the transcript and he lost it.   he told me that they are suing me. I have asked for this transcript too. A real monument to their support team and I seriously want the preliminaries for their case and the venue. I would  to meet them. Or perhaps just an explanation of why this guy is allowed to say these things on behalf of the company because if he is again being dishonest he would be best advised to trim his repertoire of untruths to a little nearer to his field of understanding, whatever that may be.   So second potential truth or potential lie.  If you are looking for hosting would you do it knowing that this could be your dilemma.   No?   Sensible choice.   I now have to press a button asking do I recommend this company.  There is frustratingly, only one , No, buttonStay safe

HEADS UP - The Paid Backup Service does not backup any email nor any email folders, they only backup your public_html folder nothing else.You do not find this out until after you sign-up and take time to read their T&C's. I also clarified this with their online sales & support reps.I cancelled my account & requested a refund within 5 minutes of clarification from MilesWeb...well I've tried to cancel my account and waiting to see if this happens and if I get my refund.

Before I signed up with this company I asked if there was any limitations on accounts and I was told no.   I signed up for 3 yrs and the first couple weeks my account was down several times, my emails did not work and the service overall was terrible.I asked for a refund about 5 times and they have just ignored my request.They say they offer a 30 day money back gaurantee but when you ask for this they ignore you and refuse to refund you.AVOID THIS COMPANY
