on Tuesday, December 02, 2014I have been with 247-host for about 4 months now and I will have to say that their Customer Service is absolutely amazing! If I ran into trouble, they are they are always ready to help. Even when I have had trouble in an area they do not typically give support in, if they can help, they will. And if they do not know, they will send me an email with instructions on where to find the help I need. I would recommend 247-host to anyone and everyone who has their own website. You will not find better support anywhere.
on Friday, February 20, 2015I chose 247-Host after doing a lot research and saw it getting lots of good reviews. I signed up for shared hosting and proceeded to move several domains to my account.Almost immediately I had a small issue where the system didn't respond for about 10 minutes every day from about 7am. I assume this is due to backups being performed. Bandwidth was ok, but other hosts have much faster page load times.My trouble started when I woke up one morning with my entire account suspended. At 2am I had received an email from 247-Host informing me that one of my domains was causing too much load on their servers, CPU usage was 100% and I should sort it out. At 4am I got an email telling me that they had suspended my account due to the issue.I also had irate people shouting at me because their emails (which are for business) were now not working. This is a big issue. Surely their tech's could have taken down the offending page without suspending everything?They then accused me of violating their terms of service by running an IRC chat on their server. Their technical knowledge is obviously very limited because they can't tell the difference between running an IRC server and LINKING to an IRC CLIENT in an iframe. They tell me this script was causing the issue:1. There is no way linking to a script that IS NOT on their server can cause the CPU to run at 100%2. I moved the site to a new server and the CPU load sits at a constant 0%.I deduce therefore that their server configuration is screwed up.I subsequently cancelled my account and asked for a refund of the remaining term which they refused to do, because I violated their term of service.The obviously have no clue what they are doing.All I can say is, STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOST!

on Saturday, January 27, 2018They have horrible support. I have needed them two times since I became a client and both times were horrible. The support is rude and if you make the mistake of leaving a message on their "24-7 support" phone line, you will not hear back from them at all. While the message on their VM promises they would take care of your issue right away and pretends you reached a support hotline, the rude support agent will tell you that they only respond to support tickets. My guess is that none of the positive reviewers has ever contacted them. I will switch as soon as the year I already prepaid comes to an end.They are on the expensive end of shared hosting. I expected premium support. I can't say anything negative about the offer as long as it's running. But what good is the nicest car when nobody is there to fix it when it's not running.

I have found a true partner that takes care of technical stuff so I can run my stock photography business. They keep my site - www.georgesheldon.com -- up and running. Would I recommend them? Absolutely! And emphatically, too.

A swift 24 hour, multifaceted service delivering well. The support representatives can write perfect English, have good intelligence level to understand what I am saying.247-Host is surviving in tough business as it up time is great. My forum would never go down If you’re a beginner and need help in almost everything, I’d recommend 247-host.
