I am the IT for an orthopedic center, where there are about 40 people working. They needed to get HIPAA compliant e-mail services for all 40 people. I was researching a lot and got Exchange 2010 as it allowed me to get the encrption that they needed. It was a different company where I got the Exchange from. I was totally dissatisfied, as they wanted to charge me $50 per hour every time I wanted some assistance or something was not working ( as even the second was by their fault )!!! That was totally unacceptable! They also didn't tell me that I have to pay initially for the activation of the mailboxes. However, after a huge mightmare, after about 6 months I started searching again, and found hostway. They did the migration on their end, activated the boxes and whenever my customers call for some support, they get assistance. I have never been charged extra. MY experience with them so far is very very good.

I have used Hostway for about four years now for not only my primary store website but also for several supporting websites.  I'm not a programmer but have found Hostway extremely friendly to use and when I did have problems, due to my lack of experience, their customer support was awesome and gave instant response.  Great service and great pricing, very happy with everything.

Customer service is steadily improved over the years (we have use Hostway for ten years). 
there uptime is phenomenal and bandwidth (response times) are at the top of hosting companies.  The only problem I have with Hostway is costs, Hostway is best suited to the mid and large size companies.

Hostway has been my provider for almost 15 years.  We have never had an unscheduled outage in all of that time and the customer service has always been very responsive and knowledgable when we've needed help with changes.
