I have used Hostway for about four years now for not only my primary store website but also for several supporting websites. I'm not a programmer but have found Hostway extremely friendly to use and when I did have problems, due to my lack of experience, their customer support was awesome and gave instant response. Great service and great pricing, very happy with everything. Overall Rate

Hostway used to be a good company but now it gives terrible service.They use people in Bulgaria for technical support, and they just don't care.After activating one domain name, they couldn't fix their internal problems and the site wouldn't work over a week later.I had to cancel my order and get my money back.Now, I have a domain that has been with Hostway for over six years and it has a server problem.Every day I call and they tell me that it will be fixed in 24 hours, but it doesn't get fixed.Long and short of it: Don't use Hostway!!!

We have had our small, home based business website with Hostway for many years now. We have been very pleased with the uptime, with how smoothly the site runs, with all the aspects of how easy it was for us to create our website and to do updates to it. We purchase our SSL certificate through them for our order form and they install it for us. We have been very happy and would highly recommend their hosting services.
I've used Hostway since 2005 and I feel they do a decent job. I host my non-ecommerce site. They've always resolved my issues. Sometimes it takes more than I wish and I've had some instances where I've communicated with more than one rep and received different answers.
Overall, they meet my expectations and I will keep staying with them.
