I just recently moved to Gigapros US web host. Tech support is friendly, helpful, and accurate. It has always been responsive. All the requests have always come through quickly and gracefully. As long as they stick to their guns on not overselling their servers, I don't think I'll ever be looking for a new web host. No doubt, it has been a wonderful host.

I was surprised to find out that it provides servers from Asia, Latin America and Russia. That’s helpful for many site developers, including me.

It's only been a short while, but so far so good. I had no problems getting everything set up, and their control panel comes with a ton of free features (1-click installation being the particularly useful one). Prices are great and support has been fast and very friendly. I'm happy with my choice and definitely recommend these guys for hosting.
