Extremely and painlessly satisfied dealing with Gigapros and their team, hosting service is superb.I like their pricing and also so many useful 1-click installer scripts. Their customer support work 24/7 - they are ready to help and explain everything and they offered me a good hosting fit for my sites even $15/mo cheaper than I had with my previous host. Servers are stable - this what I was looking for long time. I can highly recommend this host to all those who read my review. You will not be disappointed, dudes!

I am beyond disappointed in this company. First I ordered a server and they had a deal ADVERTISED that if you pay for a quarter adding cpanel was free so I purchased it and paid for quarterly in advance. They made me jump through hoops for my credit card sending in scans and all that then they approved it and said they were setting up the server (but they lied). After waiting a whole day they send me a email saying I have to pay $115 extra to get cpanel WHICH THEY ADVERTISED FOR FREE. We went back and forth and they refused to honor what they advertised then they write and tell me they resold my server. The server that they CHARGED ME FOR and which they were supposedly SETTING UP. So they have been lying to me the whole time, misrepresenting what they are selling then reselling after charging my card and trying to downgrade me to a inferior server seems a lot like FRAUD to me.This is horrible customer service. They should honor what they advertise and at least provide the server they sold me and CHARGED ME FOR.And after days of being lied to they tell me this mornin AGAIN they are setting up my account and this evening I get a message saying they are cancelling my service. What a total JOKE!

When I contacted them, Gigapros tech support was patient and explained what I would receive. No doubt, it was very hard for me to find such a good web host because all providers are claiming they are the best. I paid via paypal, they helped me with everything I needed. Speed connectivity is pretty fast. Very Good Experience.

My friend recommended me to choose this web host, so I decided to give Gigapros hosting a try. The supported features are much better than my previous web hosts. I do not want to say anything bad about my previous web host but with this provider I have everything done faster, the site loads faster, everything works great. Reliability has been 100%. Well done!

I tried my previous host because they offered a great promotional rate, but after the first three months, my monthly fees almost tripled. With Gigapros shared hosting, I get a great rate, and I never have to worry about surprises. They have great prices, and even offer ways that you can get discounted hosting. Give them a try, You will not be sorry!

I don't think I'll ever be looking for a new web host. Great host. There is only one place to go for hosting and it is Gigapros web host. I've been tracking my site with internet monitors and haven't had 1 second of downtime since I signed up for it back in June of 2020 and the speeds are incredible. For the price you get an unbelievable amount of disk space and monthly bandwidth. Happy customer! Thanks.

Great speed, great support, great reliability. I am a complete novice when it comes to web hosting but the guys at Gigapros have been absolutely fantastical. My website now has 99% uptime, and there is never any problem reaching customer service if I have a problem.
