I'm completely pissed off. I dont know how to contact them

The fact is that they don't know what a web hosting provider should do. The most important thing is that they need to understand the importance of a website for any business. But with milesweb your website will be down for almost 99% of times. Hence, there is no use of such hosting. The staff is unprofessional talks rudely, live chat representatives don't know how to conduct a chat. And instead of providing support, they provide excuses. Hence, i advice all to stay away from milesway to protect your business, they dumb persons can rune your business in few days.

Not deserve even 1 star. Worst support. Their security systems are very poor. Every year they got attacked by 2 3 hackers.

I have purchased hosting from milesweb 1 year back. At first their service was quite good so I purchased another hosting from them. Recently 15 days back suddenly they deleted my whole account and all files. All my websites and emails were stopped working. I have been taking followup since 15 days, but they don't have the courtesy to inform me how much time will it take. And now they are saying we don't have backup for any websites. Still, some of my website not working and they useless people don't even care about their customer's loss. They had 2 to 3 attacks yearly on their servers.Very, very poor hostingNot deserve even 1 star.

Milesweb Hosting is the worst hosting company you should never trust. When you purchase their pro hosting, it includes 24/7 Email, Live chat support. Here is the screenshot from the invoice http://prntscr.com/l8tyelBut when a problem arises, all their support executives will vanish and there won't be anyone to pick your calls or respond to your emails. Also, they will suspend your account and will provide a backup (in my case it was 14 GB) for you to download, delete the infect files and upload it back. What a stupidity.. I have hosted with Bluehost & GoDaddy. Though they provide the same sort of services, they won't suspend your account. You have chances to delete the infected files and enable the websites. Mileshost don't even provide such options. Its a terrible company to work with. They keep migrating the servers and your websites will go down often. Never ever host with them and get into sleepless nights like me.
