Codero Announces John Martis As New CEO

AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Codero Holdings, Inc. (Codero), a leader in infrastructure and technology enablement, has appointed John Martis as President and Chief Executive Officer effective September 5, 2017. Leo Staurulakis, chairman of the board of directors and current co-CEO, will continue to serve as chairman of the board. “John is ideally suited to continue Codero’s growth,” said Staurulakis. “John will provide the leadership and strategic vision that keeps Codero and our customers ahead of today's rapid pace of change."

John Martis has spent over twenty years developing and expanding some of the most successful technology platforms in the world. He founded and led American Digital Network from a start-up into a multimillion-dollar business, establishing it as an early leader in the all-digital ISP market. Prior to Codero, he was President and CEO of Hostway, leading the international company in its transformation from shared hosting into a highly recognized provider of dedicated servers and managed hosting. Before that, he was Executive Vice President of Abacus America (Aplus.Net), an international web hosting company, overseeing all datacenter operations, system engineering and software development.
