The MDD is part of the company's Dynamic Content Catalog and its features include a picture image of a specific address and it also provides detailed driving directions to a specified address.

1&1's updated spam features include a whitelist -which automatically bypasses the spam filter-- and a maintained dynamic blacklist-which automatically moves specific emails to a spam folder. The list is derived from a global list of spammers that is constantly updated. In addition, 1&1 Servers have a bulk mail check that analyzes the mail structure and automatically blocks large volume mail from the same address.
