With the creation of the position of Vice President of Services in 2013, multi-million dollar investment in expanding its support teams and professional services, and long term investment in data center automation, iWeb has made significant improvements across customer satisfaction, additional services and server deployment times since 2012.

Now part of the Internap group of companies, iWeb has also expanded its range of data center options to include Santa Clara, Dallas, Amsterdam and Singapore.
