Good service until today.November 13, 2019 total service BREAKDOWN,  servers unreachable,  6 hours down so far, not even the website https://www.infinitelyvirtual.com/  is accessible.

I have used them for four or five years and they are really good. I've only had one outage early on when there were a power outage in the Santa Monica area and their backup failed. Since then they improved their infrastructure and disaster planning and I've had no other issues. They are responsive to the requests I make. Usually within the hour or faster. Recently I asked them for a copy of my virtual machine as a last resort disaster recovery and they zipped it up and pointed me to where I could download it. Very helpful. The price is about 20% higher than I would like to pay but with the backups on two coasts and the good service I shouldn't really complain.

Simply the best hosting company I have ever worked with.

Never had better service.  I found exactly what I was looking for.
