I have had arvixe for 5 years they started out the best in the business now they ARE BY FAR THE WORST. All i can recommend to anyone or my customers is STAY FAR AWAY they have no tech support unless you want to wait an hour on hold just for them to say they cant figure it out and will message the person responsible. For example the servers have been down 75% of the time over the last 2 months causing our websites and email to go down.

Words alone are simply not enough to describe the level and quality of service provided by Arvixe! It's as if you have an entire team and a bunch of servers in the next room, and on the (very!) rare occasions that there is a problem, it's usually resolved within minutes via online chat. In a word, they are simply "magnificient"!
I had a huge amount of outages and problems, the service is absolutely unreliable. I paid for 2 years service but after only 6 month I migrated all my sites to another provider (loosing my money).
In my opinion is a good service only if you have a very amateurish web site... otherwise you'll be in trouble.
I think I've been an arvixe client for over 2 years now and I was always very pleased with their technical support.
My domain was down for a few hours at some point but that's nothing compared to the problems I had with arabian hackers.
Nonetheless, each and every time I got the required help from arvixe in order to overcome the damage produced by hackers and I recovered my full access in no time. They even keep a backup of your information but I think its not older than 2 months. So its best to keep a backup on your own computer.
Apart from that, I have no reason to change my provider even if I can find cheaper services in my country.

Much faster support than when I first joined.
It would be very helpful to have a link to customer's own Control Panel from their account/billing page and from the support page (new window).
I think the control panel is very confusing and needs simplifying.
