I have had arvixe for 5 years they started out the best in the business now they ARE BY FAR THE WORST. All i can recommend to anyone or my customers is STAY FAR AWAY they have no tech support unless you want to wait an hour on hold just for them to say they cant figure it out and will message the person responsible. For example the servers have been down 75% of the time over the last 2 months causing our websites and email to go down.

I love the quality of service, features, and the prices cant be beat! Arvixe Support team quite helpful. They always keep me updated and get the issue resolved.
As a tech savvy, I can definitely say that Arvixe is great for the people with extensive technical expertise, because with the tools provided they can solve most of their issues by themselves.
Hi, I have 2 seperate hosting accounts with Arvixe, so I should be able to submit 2 reviews:
ARVIXE IS TERRIBLE!!!! Also they delete the posts in their forums that show how often their servers really go down. Check arvixe's server status forum right now and you will see all of the mad people! Arvixe sucks and should not receive any praise from hostreview.com I actually lost all respect for hostreview.com after seeing that they are awarding "Best affordable hosting" to arvixe. ARVIXE IS TERRIBLE!!!!
I've had a .Net reseller account with Arvixe for a couple of years now. In that time there have been at least 3 catastrophic events on my server that have left all kind of account settings orphaned, inaccessible an unable to be remedied without demanding support on issues that I had to discover myself, or worse, through my clients who trust me to keep their websites running. One time it left the sites down for 48hours plus.
Be careful what they got awards for and what 4 stars means. If price, bandwidth and diskspace are your concerns then go for it. It you need quality, reliablity and want to confidently guarantee happy clients then look elsewhere. Arvixe is not a .Net reseller host that you can depend on.
I don't go out of my way to write negative reviews, but somebody needs to warn other people about the the problems they may face when employing this company. I'm happy to support this review with evidence.
Hi Tyrus,We are sorry that you have had a bad experience with our servers. We reviewed your account and there have not been any recent tickets from you in the last 8 months about any issues. No server at Arvixe has been down for 48 hours, especially the server you were on. The reseller server you are on has a 99.9% uptime. As there are many sites on a server (especially a reseller) there is no way for Arvixe to watch them all individually. We watch the services that are running. If individual sites are having a problem it needs to be brought to our attention and we will work with you to fix the issue.We do have a Server Monitoring Team that works 24/7 so when a server has issues, it is worked on until it is fixed. Our QA team is also 24/7 and can be reached at QA[@]arvixe{.}com for any issue our customers feel was not handled properly.
