World Wide Web-Ability

2004-11-27by Jamie Chantiles

Did you know your brain is a super computer?  Do you believe it, will others perceive it, and can you achieve it?  Please don't try to deceive it! This is a warning not to proceed any further, unless you can open your mind to great future possibilities.

Think of a blank word document in your computer screen and a huge white sheet hanging in the breeze. How are they similar and how are they different? They are both white and clean. One you physically touch and smell. The other is plain to see in your computer screen. One is static while the other has movement attached.

Shift your attention to a Wide White Wall in the tallest room you can imagine. It changes into a blank canvas as you notice a bunch of crayons in your hand. Are you thinking what I am thinking? LOL (devilish grin appears as I regress to a time I was 5 or 3). Don't you just want to scribble something on the wall and shout it out at the top of your lungs?

Grab your favorite color and make some bold strokes. Trust your instincts and go for it. Are your intentions clear and interesting to the world?  Clear the screen and your mind until you get it right. Visualize the words and pictures most important to your theme.

These are the same questions web designers ask before they design a website. These should be the questions we ask ourselves about the designs of our lives. They say you reap what you sow, and you should be careful what you wish for, since you may actually get it.

Consider the meaning of GIGO (Garbage in Garbage out) in relation to a computer. Programmers know powerful commands are perfectly executed perfectly by the microprocessor's brain. The question is what is perfectly programming and executing perfectly in your brain?

Think about the html code behind the web designs you view daily. (For those of you who do not understand please right click and hold till you see view source at any website) hitting view source displays html code which in turn displays the page we can all see on the world wide web (http://www.)

Isn't this a bit like our own brains! Behind the thoughts, beliefs, and actions of humans daily existence always remains the powerful sub-conscious mind. It cannot be seen but we all know it is there (just like the html code displaying web pages). Make sure the code is well intentioned and technically sound for best results.

This is what is possible. Combine your personal beliefs and goals into a plan and create a website for that plan. Imagine the future possibilities. Customize a domain name in tune with your master plan. Design and create a powerful message to broadcast onto everyone's screen.

Share the masterpiece you create with the Whole Wide World on the World Wide Web. You can say anything you want! What is dying to get out from inside of you? Is there a particular subject you feel passionate about?  Don't be shy, tell us what you really think.
