It Took Us 2 Years To Build Our Beautiful Award Winning Site - It Took Siteground 2 Hours To Ruin It - ForeverSiteground refused to helpSiteground have cost us £hundredsSiteground have cost us many weeks of workSiteground have ruined our social tooSiteground have lost important posts, articles and commentsSiteground staff do not have the most basic levels of training or languageOur backup has been deletedSiteground also sent hundreds of random rubbish to our customers - who are now confused and unhappy as their in boxes were choked up.If this was a regulated sector this company would be shut down within days - I used to work within regulation / compliance so Iknow what I am talking about.If you can afford to lose your site, lose your customers, lose LOTS of time and want to deal with uncaring non-English speakers for hours (and hours and hours) this is the host for you.If you are someone who wants to do something more constructive - pick another host.I will now start to rebuild our site - the wonderful site that Siteground have ruined.Oh one last thing - we now have people clicking through to dead links because Siteground messed that up too.What else will we discover as we rebuild our decimated site?  Who knows???

Since last one week ricoh data center is not able to fix the issue their links are getting down again and again and this is the case with dedicated server. Whenever we call on their Kolkata support number they are coordinating with data or airtel. Just because this pathetic service we are loosing our business.Really poor and pathetic service.

My website has been down for days and they are not even returning my emails. They ALWAYS take FOREVER to respond, whatever the problem you report. This is by far the biggest scam in internet history. I am certain all the good reviews are FAKE You may as well throw your money to the trash, because you will have to move your website to another host and you will lose your email history!!!

I have not been able to open my company's email for a week. I sent them an email and they responded by reseting my login password to THEIR website, which has nothing to do with my website's email. They have NOT responded since. It's like communicating with a wall. They do NOT speak any English and they shoot in the dark to see if it sticks. Not worth the trouble!!!

Okay, let me just start out with saying the service provided was horrible. I advise you not to use Hostslayer, and instead something like OVH. When I first started using Hostslayer, things were pretty good. The server was laggy, but I was fine with that. Later, I experienced random shutdowns. Like the entire VPS shutdown. This would happened every 5 minutes or so. I would have to manually start it up from their control panel. Btw, it takes ages to load their CPanel. Even with a fast internet. So I contacted them via a support ticket. They took a day to reply. Finally, when they did reply they said it was this Anti-Abuse script that did it. So they said they removed it. After they removed it, the issue became even more persistent, after about two minutes the vps would go offline. I contact them again multiple times and they used the same excuse that it was the script. Was it? Idk, but the server kept turning off and to this day the issue was never fixed. Later on, our first DDOS attacks came. They mentioned that they have great DDOS protection, sureeee. I contacted them again! They replied that it wasn't a DDOS and just their script. But later on they finally replied that it was a DDOS. They said they fixed it, but right after that another stronger DDOS happened and took down the website until the attack ended. Of course, since it's just a DDOS the website went right up after the DDOS without me even starting up. I contacted them about this, and they replied that I already have DDOS protection. After that, I decided I want to refund because the services given were poor. Not to mention, I paid 30 dollars to them! They gave their excuse that they can't give a refund after 7 days. I told them that the services given did not match what Ipaid for but they didn't listen. So just to clarify, don't use Hostslayer!
