Evolve IP Customers Gain Transparency and Control over Managed Services through OSSmosis

Today the company unveiled OSSmosis, the first portal to make managing and monitoring vital technology services fast and easy for any size organization. With just a point and click, business and IT managers can get total control of their Managed Telephony, Hosted Applications, Managed Networks, and Network Security services provided by Evolve IP.

The OSSmosis portal is built on world-class technologies from Evolve IP partners, including SAP's NetWeaver, IBM Tivoli Netcool, IBM Security Operations Manager, Broadsoft Broadworks, and Microsoft Exchange Manager, coupled with over two years of proprietary code development.  OSSmosis seamlessly integrates these technologies into a single, centralized console that offers intuitive navigation, interpretation and analysis of key management, monitoring, and performance statistics of Evolve IP's hosted solutions. 

After logging on to OSSmosis, customers have access of up to eight tabs: Account Detail, Billing, Hosted Exchange, E-Mail/ Web Security, Evolved Office, Network Status, SLA Performance, Customer Reports, and Customer Support. Each tab automatically adapts to reflect the customer's unique portfolio of hosted services, and those they are authorized to view or change.
Within the OSSmosis tabs, Evolve IP customers can: review their contracts, rates, and account history and billing; view quarantined e-mails and manage blocked sender lists; oversee the status of their managed LAN/WAN and VoIP services, equipment, and network security; monitor service level agreements; and access a host of technical assistance and training documentation, such as user manuals and quick-start guides. In addition, customers can use OSSmosis to make "moves, adds, and changes" within the Evolved Exchange, Evolve IP's hosted Microsoft Exchange e-mail solution, as well as its hosted VoIP PBX telephone system. Customers also have the option to subscribe to additional hosted solutions from Evolve IP through OSSmosis.
