September 10, 2004 - (HostReview.com) - Siebel Systems, Inc. (www.siebel.com), a leading provider of business applications software, today announced that its Siebel User Week 2004 conference, the world's largest CRM and business intelligence event, will be held October 3-6 at the Los Angeles Convention Center in Los Angeles, California.

"There is no better venue to get the latest information on CRM trends, solutions, and best practices than Siebel User Week," said Jeff Pulver, Vice President, Worldwide Marketing, Siebel Systems.

The annual conference—which is expected to attract more than 3,000 customers, solution providers, speakers, and presenters in the CRM and business analytics communities—will also showcase Siebel Systems' customer successes.

Mike Lawrie, Chief Executive Officer, Siebel Systems, will deliver the conference's opening day keynote in which he will outline his perspective on the next phase in the evolution of customer-facing solutions and Siebel Systems' strategy for focusing on this opportunity.

Siebel User Week will offer more than 150 in-depth sessions on specific CRM issues organized into 13 tracks that will focus on key industries, specific roles, and product areas. An "Ask the Experts" Pavilion will enable attendees to meet one-on-one with the people who actually design and build Siebel Systems products, see demonstrations of the latest Siebel solutions, and get an assessment of their CRM implementations.

Siebel Systems will also debut the Siebel Business Intelligence (BI) Summit, a new conference focused on bringing together thought leaders and participants in the industry to discuss ongoing trends and next-generation requirements for enterprise-wide business intelligence, data warehousing, performance management, customer insight, and analytic applications. The BI Summit will be held concurrently with the Siebel User Week conference.
