• HITECH breach notification requirements

Specifically, the examinations scrutinized the controls OneNeck has in place at their top-tier data centers in Arizona, Colorado, Iowa, Minnesota, New Jersey, Oregon and Wisconsin. OneNeck’s ReliaCloud® Infrastructure as a Service and colocation services were both examined as part of the review.

Completion of the HIPAA and HITECH examinations follows recent OneNeck announcements noting the company’s completion of the SSAE 18 examinations and PCI DSS validation.
