BlackMesh Achieves 50 Percent Increase in Customer Growth during the First Half of 2009

HERNDON, Va., – September 30, 2009 – BlackMesh, a provider of information technology solutions for small and mid-sized businesses, today announced that the company achieved 50 percent customer growth in the first half of 2009, with the second quarter accounting for the highest quarter of customer growth in BlackMesh history.  As a result, BlackMesh expanded into a CoreSite Data Center in Reston, Va. to meet increased demand for the company’s managed hosting and managed services solutions.  In addition, the company increased revenues by 27 percent in the first half of the year, when compared to the same timeframe in 2008.

BlackMesh also strengthened its position as a leading provider of hosting services for the Drupal community by introducing its new Optimized Drupal Hosting Platform, specifically designed to provide reliable, scalable hosting capabilities for Drupal-based Web sites. In addition, the company sponsored and delivered multiple presentations at the DrupalCon, D.C. conference, the largest Drupal event to-date.
