Streamline.Net Struggle to Meet Demand for New Dedicated Hosting

01:26:42 - 26 April 2007

Streamline.Net, who last week announced the launch of a new range of dedicated severs, has today announced that they are struggling to meet demand. In order to meet the claim of ‘very fast server activation’ on their website Streamline bought a large number of servers in order to meet the initial demand. However demand has seriously outstripped supply.

Andrew Dollamore CEO of Streamline.Net said: ”This really took us by surprise. We knew there was demand for Dedicated Hosting at rock bottom prices but I think we’ve all been taken by surprise at the level of interest in the new product line. We’ve sold over double the number of servers anticipated in the first week which has caused a serious issue. However we have now bolstered stock levels and everything is thankfully back on track”.

Streamline.Net’s new range of dedicated servers start at under £27 per month and include all of the power expected from a much more expensive solution. For more details on Streamline’s dedicated hosting packages please see: www.streamline.net/wh.php.

It’s been a busy week for Streamline who on Monday also announced the first place finish of the Aston Martin GT3 car that they sponsor.

Streamline.Net host over 100,000 domain names for over 60,000 customers and add around 200 domains to their servers every day. Hosting packages start from £13.99 per year and Dedicated Server prices start from £26.99 per month. See www.streamline.net for further details.
