Software-as-a-Service Leader in EDI Expands Operations, Adds Specialized Staff and Enhances Solutions for 3,200 New Customers WorldwideSPS Commerce, the leader in hosted Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) software, today announced the acquisition of Owens Direct, a privately-held EDI service based in Lexington, Kentucky. The acquisition expands SPS’ current operations and hosted services to include hundreds of new electronic connections to retailers, knowledgeable EDI and business process experts, and strong customer relationships representing a broad range of industries including grocery.

As a combined organization, SPS Commerce offers its community of more than 12,000 customers:
