Last Digital appoints Oz Kadem as Chief Marketing Executive Officer

Last Digital, one of the leading hosting and internet service solutions provider, today announced that it has appointed Oz Kadem as Chief Marketing Executive Officer for global operations

Oz Kadem brings more than 30 years of executive management, sales leadership and marketing experience to Last Digital. He started his career as a graduate trainee in the finance sector and occupied several senior management positions such as Field Administration Manager, Marketing Planning Manager, Special Projects Manager and National Marketing Manager, respectively.  

During his role as National Marketing Manager, he was responsible for £6.5M annual budget and he directed and managed the resources of the company in the whole UK including Northern Ireland to achieve pension's sales growth. He also developed a "customer servicing sales branch" as a bare-walls operation based in Sutton. Operating 70 % of normal branch sales cost allowance and with 90% improvement in business persistency, this operation became a prototype for "salaried" sales force which followed within a year. He has been carrying out freelance consultancy work to develop local markets for the "Franchise" division from 1998 until now.
