MCI Expands Services for Enterprise Customers

MCI, Inc. (www.mci.com) announced it is expanding and standardizing its suite of Site Services to help companies quickly and efficiently prepare their networking environments for a broad range of VoIP, Internet and Data solutions.

Offering customers a one-stop resource through its expanded array of professional services, MCI's team of converged networking service and support experts is helping customers with their network deployment from beginning to end.

"MCI is making network deployment as easy and as efficient as possible for our customers," said Nancy Gofus, MCI senior vice president of IP Services.

MCI will provide technical service and support to enterprise customers of all sizes to ensure corporate networks are well architected and implemented with its newly available Site Audit, Assessment and Installation/De-Installation Services.

These new additions join MCI's existing Site Services portfolio, comprising Inside Wiring, Extended Demarcation and Site Survey offerings.

All Site Services are available with MCI's Private IP, Frame Relay, ATM, Private Line, Managed Network Services, Local and Long Distance Voice, Third Party Transport, MCI Advantage IP Integrated Access and Internet Dedicated offerings.

MCI's Site Services are offered in the 48 contiguous U.S. states and are flexibly priced on a standard, time and material or custom basis. Typically larger, more complex engagements-covering multiple locations, non-standard equipment usage and/or non-standard tools or labor-require customization.

MCI's Managed Network Services are available with the company's Managed Security, Hosting and Contact Center Services, as well as its suite of MCI Advantage VoIP products. By utilizing one provider to build and maintain their infrastructure from the network to the application layer, companies can better focus on their core business operations.
