GlobalWebBrands Introduces Sweeping Changes to its Website, Customer Support, and Technology Systems

International website hosting company GlobalWebBrands today announced the re-launch of its website hosting services. The Virginia, USA-based company, which recently returned to its roots in the hosting field, has unveiled a brand-new website design, as well as a new technology system that offers a vastly improved interface between the company and its clients.

The new technology, which will enable GlobalWebBrands to easily add additional mission-critical features to its services in the future, also allows for easier client management, as well as a better experience for clients. The company, which began offering hosting services in the second half of 2004, initiated this latest series of changes to better serve its small- and midsize-business clients.

Some of the improvements to GlobalWebBrands' services that are present in the re-launch include:

  • Brand-new integrated front-end and back-end systems to allow for a more pleasurable client experience, from ordering to the actual administration of a website.
  • The addition of live online chat support, as well as more efficient support and help pages.
  • The opening of the GlobalWebBrands/ResellersPanel Free Reseller System.

Other past improvements that will come together in the GlobalWebBrands re-launch include:

  • 24/7 international phone support – toll-free in the US, local in the UK, and long-distance elsewhere.
  • The Site Studio website builder.
  • A 30-day money-back guarantee for all hosting plans.
  • Payment acceptance in US Dollars, Pounds Sterling, Euros, Australian Dollars, and Canadian Dollars.
  • Multi-language client control panel offering the following language choices: English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Norwegian, German, Russian, Ukrainian, and Bulgarian.

"All of these changes have been building up over the past year and are now ready for release to our clients," said GlobalWebBrands' Chief Executive Officer Daniel J. Briere. "Our development team has been hard at work and they have done a great job, and we're all very excited about what these changes mean for us and for our clients. As always, we're dedicated to serving and supporting our clients as best as we can, and this is a continuation in that direction - a giant leap, if you will."

The hosting company also has announced plans to re-introduce at least two of the hosting plans it discontinued in early September. GlobalWebBrands began offering an additional four hosting plans in August, but pulled them from its website after lackluster performance. Mr. Briere says that these hosting plans were not configured in the best interest of the target market, which explains why they performed so poorly.

"Going forward, we're dedicated one-hundred percent to serving the needs of our website hosting clients," said Mr. Briere. "We're going to be re-configuring and re-introducing additional website hosting plans that are better suited to real-world scenarios."

In addition to new technology, GlobalWebBrands has also received a new "brand." With a new tagline of ‘Let us help you become a GlobalWebBrandÔ ,’ the company is hoping to convey to clients its status as a reliable, efficient partner for their website hosting needs. The company’s new marketing materials will use the attributes ‘quality’, ‘reliability’, and ‘availability’ to further convey the new "ultra-focus" on client satisfaction. GlobalWebBrands has also unveiled a refreshed logo, which is now in place at globalwebbrands.com.

GlobalWebBrands will continue to offer its search engine optimization services through a partnership with search engine marketing leader SubmitNet Inc; this service is currently available for free for ninety days. The company will also continue to offer its website design services, but only to select clients. Mr. Briere said the company is considering a more automated approach to website design, which could result in a new service available to all of its clients. Additionally, GlobalWebBrands has partnered with Thawte to provide a wide variety of digital certificates to webmasters everywhere. These ancillary services are structured so that GlobalWebBrands can continue to focus wholly on providing website hosting, but also provide options for complimentary services through partners who are best equipped to provide those services.
