Harte-Hanks Postfuture® Launches Vertical & Regional Industry E-Mail Marketing Service Centers

Six new vertical and regional focused e-mail marketing centers opened by Harte-Hanks in U.S. and Europe

RICHARDSON, TX – September 6, 2005 – Harte-Hanks, Inc. (NYSE:HHS), a recognized leader as an e-mail service provider in its Postfuture® offering, today announced the launch of six additional U.S. and European service centers offering a broad range of e-mail marketing services tailored for retail, technology, pharmaceutical, financial and other vertical markets.  Each center has a dedicated staff of e-mail specialists with expertise in vertical direct marketing solutions capable of managing e-mail marketing programs for clients using Harte-Hanks Postfuture® Enterprise Edition e-marketing suite.

Each "E-mail Service Center" is located within existing Harte-Hanks facilities corresponding to a core vertical market expertise and one regional market as follows:

-        Retail Market and various "select" markets such as Manufacturing and Major Brands - Richardson, TX (where Postfuture is researched and developed)
-        Healthcare Market, Pharmaceutical and Automotive Markets - Langhorne, PA
-        Financial Market and Insurance Market - Jacksonville, FL
-        Technology Market and Telecommunications Market - Austin, TX
-        Technology Market - San Diego, CA
-        Pan-European Markets – two centers, in Uxbridge, United Kingdom, and in Sévres, France (both beginning October 2005)
