Sprint To Participate in Upcoming Financial Conferences

Sprint (www.sprint.com) today announced it will participate in the following upcoming conferences with financial institutions in early June:

Sanford C. Bernstein Strategic Decisions Conference
Gary Forsee, chairman and chief executive officer for Sprint, will present at the Sanford C. Bernstein & Co. 21st annual Strategic Decisions Conference on June 1 from 10-10:50 a.m. EDT at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in New York City.

Lehman Brothers 2005 Worldwide Wireless and Wireline Conference
Mr. Forsee will also speak at Lehman Brothers 2005 Worldwide Wireless and Wireline Conference on June 1 from 4:30-5 p.m. EDT at the Crowne Plaza Times Square Manhattan hotel in New York City.

Friedman, Billings, Ramsey Group's Growth Investor Conference
Kurt Fawkes, vice president of Investor Relations for Sprint, will present at Friedman, Billings, Ramsey Group's 9th Annual Growth Investor Conference on June 2 from 11-11:30 a.m. EDT at the Millennium Broadway Hotel New York.

Robert Dellinger, chief financial officer for Sprint, will speak at the 13th Annual Deutsche Bank Securities Media/Telecom Conference on June 7 from 7:30-8:30 a.m. EDT at The Pierre Hotel in New York City.
