Digital River Adds Adobe Stock Photos E-Commerce Infrastructure

Digital River, Inc. (www.digitalriver.com), a global leader in e-commerce outsourcing, today announced it is providing the e-commerce infrastructure for the new Adobe® Stock Photos service.

Working with Adobe Systems Incorporated, Digital River built the international e-commerce infrastructure for the new stock photography service available in Adobe Creative Suite 2 applications.

Digital River is processing the online orders from the new Adobe Stock Photos service where consumers can purchase more than 230,000 royalty-free images from well-known stock photo companies.

The Adobe Stock Photos service is accessible through the new Adobe Bridge file browser in Adobe Creative Suite 2, Adobe Photoshop® CS2, Adobe Illustrator® CS2, Adobe InDesign® CS2, and Adobe GoLive® CS2 software. To provide a superior user experience for all global consumers, Digital River leveraged its international e-commerce expertise to provide a localized shopping cart that displays in English, French, German, Japanese and 11 additional languages.

Consumers can pay using the U.S. dollar, Great Britain Pound, Euro and Japanese Yen. Adobe Stock Photos provides a single destination point to access hundreds of thousands of images from some of the world's leading stock photography providers, including Photodisc® by Getty Images; Comstock Images® by Jupitermedia®; Digital Vision®; imageshop™ royalty free by zefaimages™ and amana.
