Web Hosting Provider MonsterHosting.ca Becomes BBB Participant

MonsterHosting.ca (www.monsterhosting.ca), a web development solutions provider based out of Surrey, B.C., announced this week that it has become a participant in the Better Business Bureau (BBB) online reliability program.

The company  decided to join the BBB after seeing a need to raise the bar of trust in the hosting market.

The company's participation is confirmed through April 2006, and Jones is confident her company will continue to succeed due to their impeccable record on customer care.

"In the hosting market, the real difference between companies is the customer care and support they offer, and we've proven time after time that what we offer our clients is far superior to the rest," said Jones.

In a recent internal survey conducted by the company, nearly all of it's over 2,000 clients said that the company did an excellent job with customer service.

"Our clients overwhelmingly are happy with what we offer them, and we hope it's a sign of things to come," said Jones.

The company's current services include domain registration, and email hosting, and a wide array of web hosting products, which have helped MonsterHosting.ca remain an industry leader in Canada.
