ACS and Color Spot Extend IT Contract

Affiliated Computer Services, Inc. (www.acs-inc.com), a provider of business process and information technology outsourcing solutions, announced today that it has been awarded a 3-year extension of its information technology (IT) outsourcing contract providing SAP R/3 and BW solutions for Color Spot Nurseries.

ACS has been providing a fully hosted solution for Color Spot's SAP landscape including R/3 and BW for the past three years. Under the terms of the contract extension, ACS will provide comprehensive application management services with a fully hosted SAP platform, including R/3 and BW, and will utilize Color Spot's hardware to help Color Spot further reduce costs.
