Siemens Picks Ensim for Collaboration Services

Ensim Corporation, a provider in hosting automation software, today announced that Siemens Solution1 selected Ensim Unify as the hosting automation platform for its messaging and collaboration offerings. With Ensim Unify, Siemens is able to effectively offer Exchange 2003, Windows SharePoint Services and additional add-on email solutions as hosted services. 

The company will migrate current customers over to the Ensim Unify platform, and will be targeting new small and medium-size business (SMB) customers with an offering that includes full-featured Exchange 2003 MAPI mailboxes, anti-SPAM, and Outlook Web Access.

The Ensim Unify solution offers robust extensibility features that enable Siemens to integrate key service add-ons such as anti-SPAM, as well as plan for additional future service add-ons such as mobility and archiving.
According to Jonathan Evans, Head of Marketing for Siemens Solution1, "Microsoft recommended Ensim, and upon evaluation of the Ensim Unify solution we were confident that they were the right partner for managing and delivering hosted services.
