btnaccess Selects Rodopi Software to Automate Hosted PBX Services

(btnaccess) to provide online provisioning and customer care applications to support the Hosted PBX services offered by btnaccess.

Based in Reston, Virginia, btnaccess provides business-class hosted private branch exchange (PBX) solutions designed to support both enterprise and wholesale Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) markets.  In addition to using Rodopi's OSS application to manage its retail customer base, btnaccess will offer Rodopi's hosted back office applications to its wholesale customers as part of a turn-key IP Telephony service offering.
