Digital Realty Achieves SAS 70 for 200 Paul Avenue Facility

Digital Realty Trust, Inc. (www.digitalrealtytrust.com), an owner and manager of technology-related properties, today announced that 200 Paul Avenue, Digital Realty's northern California Internet Gateway and Colocation Facility, has been awarded SAS 70 certification for its adherence to rigid operating and security procedures.

Developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AIPCA), SAS 70 (Statement on Auditing Standards) is an international standard used to measure the reliability of a service organization's internal controls and auditing practices.

SAS 70 certification provides independent verification that 200 Paul Avenue meets high standards for security control processes, preventative maintenance and operations procedures. Digital Realty received the certification after a thorough audit by independent auditor KPMG.
