Earthlink Wins PC Magazine Award

EarthLink (www.earthlink.net) today announced it has received the Readers' Choice Award for dial-up service from PC Magazine for the second year in a row.

EarthLink received high ratings in every measure among dial-up providers in PC Magazine's 2004 Readers' Choice survey on user satisfaction with ISPs.

More than 8,000 PC Magazine readers participated in the survey rating their ISPs on overall satisfaction, initial setup, rates, connection speed, connection reliability, email service, customer service, technical support and likelihood to recommend.
