SunGard Finalizes Inflow Acquisition

SunGard Availability Services (www.sungard.com), an operating group of SunGard, announced today that it has closed the acquisition of Denver-based Inflow, Inc. The transaction is not expected to have a material impact on SunGard Availability Services' financial results. 

The acquisition of Inflow, an ISO 9001 certified provider, enhances SunGard Availability Services' infrastructure and service delivery capabilities. SunGard will add 14 datacenters throughout the U.S. that geographically complement its existing 23 U.S. datacenters. 

"SunGard Availability Services' acquisition of Inflow provides customers of both companies a comprehensive range of information availability services from a single provider," said Jim Simmons, group chief executive officer of SunGard Availability Services.

SunGard Availability Services will now serve more than 10,000 customers and have available over 3.5 million square feet of data center space predominantly in North America and Europe.
