QuickLogic to Host Online Seminar on Enabling Wi-Fi Connectivity

12:41:49 - 30 November 2004

QuickLogic Corporation (www.quicklogic.com) will be hosting a TechOnline Seminar that will discuss enabling Wi-Fi Connectivity in Embedded Systems.

The seminar date is scheduled for Thursday, December 9th at 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. (PST).

Adding Wi-Fi or IEEE 802.11a/b/g functionality to embedded systems is gaining in popularity. Quite often, however, Wi-Fi modules do not have the same native interface as the embedded processors used in these systems. The company says that they will specifically look at how this problem can be solved for portable applications where engineers constantly struggle with very tight power requirements and limited board space.

QuickLogic Corporation invented and has pioneered the Embedded Standard Product (ESP) architecture, with the introduction of the first products in 1998. ESPs are semiconductor devices that deliver the guaranteed performance, lower cost and lower risk of  standard products, coupled with the flexibility and time to market benefits of programmable logic.

This news release contains forward-looking statements based on current expectations that involve risks and uncertainties. QuickLogic's actual results may differ from the results described in the forward-looking statements.
