InDigiNet Explores Reverse Merger

InDigiNet, Inc., (www.indiginet.com), a provider of managed communication solutions for  Small to Mid-Size Enterprises (SMEs) in the United States, is pleased to announce that  the Company will follow shareholders suggestion of seeking a reverse merger candidate even as it continues to expand and grow through product additions along with sales force  recruitment. 

"A number of shareholders have suggested exploring other means of increasing  shareholder value including putting the Company up for sale through a reverse merger," stated InDigiNet CEO Mark Ellis. 

"While we continue to build our Company as fast as possible through a strong solid product mix and good customer relationships, we will immediately take action on our shareholders ideas," stated Ellis.
