Siebel Systems to Present at BAI's Retail Delivery Conference

Siebel Systems, Inc. (www.siebel.com), a provider of business applications software, today announced that Ashwin Goyal, General Manager, Siebel Retail Finance, will present at BAI's Retail Delivery Conference at 2:15 p.m. PT on Tuesday November 16, 2004.

Ashwin Goyal and Ken Casey, Senior Vice President, Retail Banking Delivery at ATB Financial will present successful strategies for transforming bank branches into profit centers and improving customer experiences across retail banking channels. ATB Financial is a full-service financial institution, with assets of $14.3 billion.

Specifically, ATB will describe how it is working to optimize business processes across its branch network and call center to improve the customer experience and increase cross-sell and up-sell rates.

ATB provides a full range of financial services to 600,000 customers in 240 Alberta communities and recently standardized on Siebel Branch Teller to support its new customer-focused business strategy.

In a separate session, Goyal will be joined by Celent Communications, a research and consulting firm focused on the global financial services industry, to present strategies for maximizing branch delivery, front-office solutions, and multichannel integration to increase wallet share as part of IBM's Retail.
