CentrePath Appoints Two Key Managers

CentrePath, Inc. (www.centrepath.com), a provider of management software and services for data center networks, announced the recent appointments of Steve Meyers to the position of Vice President of Sales, and Chuck Hudson to the position of Vice President of Engineering.

"Steve has been a strong contributor to CentrePath's success. Steve's ability to develop strong field and corporate partnerships has been critical to our growth as a company," stated Jim Sullivan, CEO.

As Vice President of Sales, Steve Meyers leads the company's field and channel sales organizations. Mr. Meyers has been a central figure within CentrePath for the past four years, most recently leading the company's business development efforts.

Prior to joining CentrePath, Steve was Worldwide Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Telecommunications Group, for Thomas & Betts (TNB - NYSE). While at Thomas & Betts, Steve led the acquisition of CTC Joslyn and grew revenues over 100% in two years. Steve holds a Bachelor of
Arts Degree from Ohio Wesleyan.

As Vice President of Engineering, Chuck Hudson is responsible for the definition, development, and deployment of enterprise software focused on managing heterogeneous data center network technologies.

Prior to joining CentrePath, Chuck held a variety of positions at Kana Communications, focused on product definition, development and implementation of eCRM software for Fortune 1000 companies.
