Siebel CRM OnDemand Increases Acumentum’s Sales Revenues

Acumentum (www.acumentum.com) deployed Siebel CRM OnDemand (www.crmondemand.com) to better manage client information and increase sales revenues through additional up-selling and cross-selling of products and services.

Using Siebel Systems' hosted CRM solution, Acumentum is improving profitability and customer satisfaction by prioritizing service requests and monitoring and managing complex relationships across major organizations.

"Siebel CRM OnDemand is a powerful business tool providing our customer-facing employees with a single view of each current and prospective client, including a complete history of each client's interactions with our entire organization," said Russell Yardley, CEO, Acumentum.

Prior to deploying Siebel CRM OnDemand, Acumentum used a desktop contact management application to track customer information. However, the organization realized it needed a strategic CRM solution that offered robust sales, service, marketing, and analytics capabilities.
