CSI Launches Next Web@Work Intranet

The CSI Web@Work® Corporate Intranet service from Computer Services, Inc. (www.csiweb.com) is already proving to be an invaluable asset for more than 100 community banks around the country.

Web@Work keeps employees on the same electronic page while automating timekeeping, vacation management, policy distribution, forms, tasks and a whole lot more.

Version 3.5, just released, promises even more efficiencies. Here are some highlights: New timekeeping and vacation management capabilities improve how banks manage time and attendance.

A new desktop publishing tool makes it easier for non-technical staff to add content to the Intranet and allows them to post professional looking documents with no knowledge of HTML.

A new content audit log provides the perfect method for automatically monitoring information flow on the Intranet by tracking what is added or changed as well as the name of the person who makes the change.

New statistic and notification features now include hit counters for tracking visits to individual pages, and users can also subscribe to email notifications whenever new content is posted to a page.

These highlights represent just a few of the enhancements that have been added in Web@Work, Version 3.5. Each new release reinforces CSI's dedication to providing an Intranet that is less technical yet more efficient and user friendly.
