CSI Launches Risk Management System

Computer Services, Inc. (www.csiweb.com) has released a product that can help financial organizations manage the risk within their asset portfolios.

CSI's Passport Risk Management System (RMS) is designed to manage and monitor the performance of collection, delinquent and other "watch list" loans.

User friendly RMS organizes and segregates loans that need special attention into specialized collection and performance monitoring queues that make access to information, contacts made, scheduled action items, customized follow-up letters, and monitoring collector assignments easy.

Administrative reporting and activity logs provide activity tracking, security control, provision for crisis escalation, and information for regulatory reviews to management, supervisors and collectors.

CSI's Passport Risk Management System (RMS) features a smart client design that eliminates the need for banks to maintain servers or the staff to operate them. Instead, information is downloaded from the host and stored on file servers at CSI. PCs in the bank are automatically updated with new software releases.

RMS always has access to loan information through a seamless interface with CSI Passport Desktop.
