NasdaqPicks Shareholder.com for Communications Services

The Nasdaq Stock Market, Inc. (www.NASDAQ.net) reached an agreement with Shareholder.com (www.shareholder.com) to provide NASDAQ listed companies with access to Shareholder.com's suite of shareholder communications services through the NASDAQ Corporate Services NetworkSM.

"NASDAQ-listed companies will be able to use Shareholder.com services to voluntarily create and execute progressive shareholder communications strategies," said Bruce Aust, executive vice president, The NASDAQ Stock Market.

NASDAQ's agreement with Shareholder.com gives its issuers access to simple, turnkey shareholder communications solutions to help them comply with today's regulatory disclosure requirements.

Shareholder.com's services include IR Web site development and hosting; webcasting of earnings conference calls, shareholder meetings, analyst presentations and pre-IPO roadshows; corporate governance; investor intelligence and institutional targeting; transcripts, online annual report conversion; and Sarbanes-Oxley Whistleblower hotlines.

Shareholder.com provides a comprehensive suite of investor relations services, including creating and managing customized investor relations websites, audio/video webcasts, conference call services, institutional targeting tools, annual report conversion, synchronous news dissemination, global fulfillment services, and Sarbanes-Oxley Whistle blower hotlines.
