Siebel Contact OnDemand Enables Customer ServiceOrganization to Decrease Employee Turnover and Training Costs

SAN MATEO, Calif.--Aug. 19, 2004-- Siebel Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq:SEBL), a leading provider of business applications software, today announced that Working Solutions, the world's largest provider of outsourced virtual call center and customer relationship management (CRM) agents, has deployed Siebel Contact OnDemand and Siebel CRM OnDemand. Siebel Contact OnDemand, a highly scalable, fully hosted contact center solution, is helping Working Solutions provide superior customer service by effectively managing increases in call volume due to seasonal and client demand. By implementing a hosted contact center solution that allows agents to work in their homes, Working Solutions has improved employee satisfaction, reducing turnover and decreasing training costs.
