ATLANTA, Aug. 19 -- AFC Enterprises, Inc. (Nasdaq: AFCE), the franchisor and operator of Popeyes® Chicken & Biscuits, Church's Chicken™ and Cinnabon® and the franchisor of Seattle's Best Coffee® in Hawaii, on military bases and internationally, today announced that its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the second quarter 2004 will be released after market close on Friday, August 20, 2004. The Company will be hosting a conference call with the investment community on Monday, August 23, 2004, at 9:00 A.M. ET to review these results and provide an update on the business.
