The access managers to control all of your sites, domains and files is aswm and super cool.

I really thought those would take some getting used to, but in reality they are very intuitive and even fun to use now!

Worst web-host ever. 

And I say this after being with them for several years. The uptime is terrible, my website is never available without interruptions, my files were deleted since 'there was malware found on the site' even though I hadn't changed any files and had changed passwords twice. Some Wordpress plugins didn't work, xmlrpc didn't work, DNS changes were not effected for a week, live-chat support's response every time is "sir, please raise a ticket", and even with a ticket nothing gets resolved. 

Moving to hostgator and paying them 3x the price, but at least I will have a site that exists, doesn't vanish suddenly, and doesn't have me worrying every day. 

Good riddance. And a good lesson learnt.
