Xozz is the worst hosting provider I have come across, and their support team just sucks. They don’t care about their client nor their websites, their server is mostly down. If at all you approach their live chat support, they will just ask you to open a ticket, which on the other hand is never answered.Hosting website on xozz server is a big risk. You might lose all your website data without a single notification. It happened me twice. A week ago, their server went down. I approached their live support (Mr William & James Patroic).These guys informed me that their server has crashed. They asked me to change the DNS of my website to switch to their new server. Now, after changing the DNS their server started working fine, but my website data from the old server has not been migrated to the new one.Ive been reaching out their support team every single day, spending hour and hours to get some positive response from their end but no luck yet. I do have the backup, but when I try to upload it, I get the below error message.“Unable to upload the backup file. The file either contains modified or corrupted data, or it was created on another server or in an older Panel version. To restore data from this file, contact your hosting provider.”It clearly says, “Contact your hosting provider.”I don’t know in which other way I need to contact them. I have tried all possible ways of getting help from their end, but they really don’t care. It’s been almost a week my website is down.So with all my frustration, I am writing this review just to inform others that don’t even think of hosting your websites on xozz. Else, just like me, you will spend most of your time in cursing yourself for choosing xozz.

Currently XOZZ you have done great job your support team is doing great job please maintain this Quality last 4 Months i was not able to contact your livechat usually no response or Busy... now suddenly you guys have changed a lot providing chat support in just 1 client and operator comes and helps in resolving all issue WELL DONE GUYS .... We expect the same support all times 

Currently the service seems to be better please maintain customer support in same quality you provide now ... Much more improved

I am an unfortunate customer of this company. The servers are down, websites are not resolviing, and the support is not responding except the automailer which says that your problem is looked into.I will certainly warn one and all never to fall in trap of this company and never buy its services even by mistake.
