This is my unbiased and honest review of WHF hosting.  I have had the most pleasant expierence with these guys.  Customer service is always at the ready available to answer any questions via Live Chat.  I love that option!  The uptime is superb and so much better than what I was getting with my last host.  The price and services are very hard to beat.  I reccomend WHF to anyone and everyone!

I have been a WebHostFace customer (VPS 3) for approximately six months now -- my server is really fast.It's always been easy for me to get support when I need it; further, the staff are really friendly and helpful, so that's a big perk. Much better than the two previous hosts I work with.As a possible downside, I've experienced a little more downtime that I would care for, and I've had some issues with email deliverability. But all-in-all, nothing major.Good value for the price. Recommended.

Rali in tech support was wonderful. She stayed with me till my setup was complete and went out of her way with phone support even as her shift was ending this morning to make sure I was able to access my files. She was just what I needed to help me.
