I found this EU provider after reading thousands of reviews and people were specially mentioning Vpsget in very positive. It was having the best reviews. I made a small test before making final buying decision. I decided to give a try with them for 2 reasons:1. the lowest prices2. the best Support reviews (and the best reviews in general) I can only hope that Vpsget won’t change their high level services, but to continue to increase their quality.

I have been using Vpsget since Ocotober, 2018. They have great customer support. I love the prices. The server was down for about 15 minutes one month. So far, I am extremely impressed with these guys. There is nothing that counts more than decent support, they go beyond the call. I really hope the rest of the support team are like this. Don't look any further just go for Vpsget and you will be happy like now I'm from the bottom of my heart.

Other hosts I've used promise a lot before you are a customer, but when you hit a snag their support usually consists of referring you to their knowledge base ...beyond that they want to charge you. They offer great customer service and the hosting is fast and easy to set up on multiple sites. They load fast and they are up 100% of the time which is really important for me and my ecom sites. The speed of response to request for help from your support staff was amazing. However it was perhaps too quick because I am not sure they thought about my difficulty carefully before replying.I was having difficulty in getting the correct combination of IP address and port number to access a MySQL database from my website. I was not given the information unambiguously in four separate replies. However, I think the fault lies in the Vpsget website dealing with the MySQL type database.
