I'm using their managed VPS server service and they are really very good with that. I'm not sure about their other services but managed VPS server is good.

When I contacted them very angrily with the issue I was facing due to the speed, they listened to me patiently and then explained me the scenario. Basically it was my fault but I was shouting at them. Thank you for the appealing customer service.

I was using namecheap.com in the beginning. They really provide hosting for less price but their hidden charges are remarkeble. I was really annoyed and shifted to VPS9. Their services are good and no hidden charges. They are clear with their promises and commitment
